People Directory
A unified directory of every person linked to your club: parents, players, staff, and volunteers. Click into any person to manage their profile, roles, and team associations.

Granting or revoking a role activates the corresponding admin areas the next time the user signs in. Revoking takes effect immediately on their next request.
Invitations
Send email invitations for staff to join your club with a specific role.
- Invite new staff by email
- Resend or revoke pending invitations
- Track invitation acceptance status
The recipient receives a Leaguemeister email with a one-click link to accept the invitation and create their account. Pending invitations expire after 30 days; revoking before they accept makes the link inert.
Invite Codes
Generate shareable codes that allow players or parents to self-register.
- Create single-use or multi-use codes
- Share codes via QR code or link
- Disable codes when registration closes
Anyone with the code can self-register and is automatically granted the role and team you specified. Single-use codes auto-expire after first redemption; multi-use codes stay active until you disable them.
Access Requests
Pending requests from people who want to join your club but need approval first. Review, approve, or decline each request.

- See an audit trail of past decisions
Approved requesters receive a confirmation email and can sign in immediately. Declined requesters are notified and can re-apply later.
Verification Queue
For leagues: the same review queue as Structure → Roster Approvals, surfaced beside your other people workflows. Player IDs submitted by member clubs wait here for a decision.
